Richies provides specialist cleaning, conditioning, and restoration for all footwear and bags — from everyday trainers to limited-edition sneakers, from daily leather shoes to Hermès and Chanel. Collected from your home, cleaned in our facility, returned in perfect condition.
Each item is assessed for material type, construction, existing damage, and specific concerns. Leather, suede, patent, mesh, canvas, and exotic materials all require different treatment approaches.
Stains, marks, and heavily soiled areas receive targeted pre-treatment. Sole yellowing on white-soled sneakers is treated with a UV oxidation method. Oil stains on suede receive solvent pre-treatment.
Upper surfaces are cleaned with appropriate methods per material — gentle brush and specialist cleaner for mesh and canvas, leather cleaner for genuine leather, specialist nubuck/suede cleaner with rubber eraser tools for suede.
Leather items receive deep conditioning treatment to restore suppleness and prevent Dubai’s heat from drying and cracking the leather. A protective coating is applied to premium leather and suede items.
