We identify the space type, high-contact surfaces, any specific pathogen concerns, and confirm the disinfectant product appropriate for the materials present (some disinfectants damage certain surfaces — marble, for example, requires a pH-neutral product).
All high-contact surfaces are disinfected manually with appropriate dwell time — the time the product must remain wet on a surface to achieve the rated kill efficacy. Richies applies, waits the required dwell time, and wipes.
